Valmra started with nothing but an idea, a laptop, and 27 Canva tabs open at 2AM.

Hi, I’m Vaidhatri I’m 17, and while I probably should’ve been buried in schoolwork, I chose something different. I built a streetwear brand with my mom from the floor of my bedroom, surrounded by sketches, open tabs, and way too much caffeine.
Valmra was born from one of those wild “what if I just did it?” moments and the best part is, we actually did. It started with a shared vision, a lot of late nights, and an unshakable belief that we could create something that wasn’t just clothes, but a statement. Valmra isn’t just a brand. It’s proof that big dreams can start small and still hit hard.

Valmra is, at its heart, a mother-daughter hustle. This isn’t just my story it’s ours. What started as a scattered collection of late-night sketches, Pinterest moodboards, and wild “what if” ideas slowly took shape because of one constant: my mom. She’s been the backbone of this brand from day one not just helping me figure out the logistics, but holding the vision when I doubted it, and showing up every single time things felt overwhelming. From supplier calls and fabric samples to pep talks and planning meltdowns, she’s been in it with me fully and fearlessly. She brought the balance, the calm, and the belief that this wasn’t just a phase, but something real. Something worth building. Something that could actually make noise.
